Terms and Conditions

All Extremelives product descriptions are correct at the time of print, some information may vary throughout the Year as products are changed and developed. In case of a reschedule due to unsuitable conditions or if the activity is deemed unsafe it will be rescheduled to the next available date. Session duration is an approximate time and may vary from location to location, confirmation of duration and dates will be received at time of booking. If a course has specific minimum requirements these will be stated in the current online brochure.

Exclusion of Liability

Extremelives shall not be liable for the death or injury of the customer, recipient or third party unless it is due to the negligence of extremelives. Extremelives shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered, which includes but not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses resulting from third party claims.

Statutory Rights

None of the extremelives Terms & Conditions affects the consumer's statutory rights. All terms and conditions are subject to laws of England and Wales.

Medical conditions

Due to the nature of some extremelives activities, participating in an activity may be dangerous to health. Accordingly the participant must notify a representative of extremelives before booking the coaching course of any medical conditions likely to affect them.

Complaints

If a problem is encountered please bring it to the attention of the manager or activity co-ordinator, enabling them the chance to resolve the issue. If no action is taken we deem this to be unsatisfactory and please contact extremelives office at the earliest point giving all the facts from your point of view. A letter may be suggested at a later date.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made once a booking has been confirmed. An activity / course may be cancelled by the coach due to unforeseen circumstances; in this case extremelives will contact you as early as possible. This would lead to a reschedule at mutual convenience. If the consumer wishes to cancel, this must be done 72hrs prior to the coaching course date.

Refunds

Once an extremelives product has been purchased in full refunds will be in the form of a credit note. This can be redeemed against the same value of any extremelives product or course within the extremelives coaching range. If the new product or course is a greater value the difference must be paid to confirm the booking.

Insurance

All extremelives coaches have the minimum Liability Insurance. Personal accident and personal content insurance will not be covered whilst at a venue or on a training course. Therefore it is recommended that all participants take out their own insurance for these areas. Insurance schemes may be available from extremelives depending upon the activity. Please ask for details.

Availability

Extremelives offers numerous courses throughout the year often at weekends and during the week. These are all subject to availability. The latest dates are available by contacting the extremelives team.

Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Once the funds have been cleared a confirmation receipt will be issued. This receipt will be customer's proof of purchase if there are any queries regarding payment at a later date.
