Becoming an Extremelives coach and joining the network
What we aim to give our customers
With the largest network of coaches and centres in the UK we are constantly growing and helping to develop individual coaches and centres alike. By helping to make these sports more accessible, we can encourage individuals to the top coaches in each sport, ensuring every customer receives the best possible learning experience.
One of the most important things to us is that each participant is given the best possible chance to succeed and achieve in their chosen sport. So if you are a top coach or activity provider and feel you provide an outstanding customer experience we want to hear from you.
Becoming part of the network
- For the sport – By bringing the top coaches and centres together we can encourage and motivate people into these sports and help them to continue in sports, which are sometimes difficult to get into. With the right national promotions and advertising Extremelives will be able to channel customers to the centres and coaches that are best suited to the individuals and therefore they are more likely to succeed and become a regular participant in the sport. You never know, the next world champion may soon be knocking on your door!
- For your sales – Fill your spare capacity and extend your season. With every additional person we can send you this will help to fill your courses, fill down time or off peak times, extend the season, encourage cross over sales, add to member's benefits and in turn increase membership. All these sports are interlinked; someone who skis in the winter may sail in the summer, a wakeboarder by summer and a snowboarder by winter. A windsurfer in strong winds and a kitesurfer in lighter winds, the cross over opportunities are endless.
- For you as a coach (or for your team) – To perform to the best of your ability it is important that all coaches continue to learn and develop coaching skills, not just do the instructor training course and then that's it. So Extremelives run various workshops to help coaches develop their skills, from accelerated learning techniques, identifying learning styles, how to use feedback, encouraging and supporting, dealing with business growth the list goes on. For each workshop a specialist coach is provided to help individuals to continue on there own learning journey encouraging the setting and celebration of goals.
- For your members – Once part of the network you will receive great discount for you and your members to benefit from. So you would no longer just offer the sports at your location you can now offer the whole range of sport across the UK. Why not offer members trips? Or customer discounts cards?
